I am also in charge of collaborating with multiple teams to ensure cohesive project execution and successful outcomes. Over the past ten years, I have successfully led and managed a team of 10 software development teams, each comprising an average of 150 junior software engineers. This extensive team structure allows us to efficiently handle a wide range of projects, from custom software development and AI algorithm implementation to business intelligence and visualization.
